Background
Registered lawyer with the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB), qualified as an Industrial Property Agent from the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, as well as a Legal Representative before the European Union Intellectual Property Office.
Master in Civil Procedural Law and Commercial Law from the Higher Institute of Law and Economics (ISDE) in Barcelona.
Graduate in Law from the University of Valladolid, including an academic year at the School of Law of University of Surrey in United Kingdom.
Professional Experience
Esther joined Grau & Angulo in 2019.
Previously she worked as a Senior lawyer with Uría Menéndez (Intellectual Property and Unfair Competition Area) and as a legal advisor with IP HILLS NV (IP SILON Group) in Belgium.
She undertook a period of work experience as a trainee in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team at Clifford Chance in Barcelona.
Esther has experience both in litigation and in the preparation and drawing up of contracts and legal opinions.
