Background
Qualified as an Industrial Property Agent from the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office.
Master in Civil Procedural Law and Commercial Law from the Higher Institute of Law and Economics (ISDE) in Barcelona.
Graduate in Law from the University of Valladolid, including a year at the University of Surrey, School of Law, as part of an Erasmus programme.
Professional Experience
Esther joined Grau & Angulo in 2019.
Previously she worked with Uría Menéndez from 2013 until 2019 (Intellectual Property and Unfair Competition Area) apart from between 2016 and 2018 when she worked as a legal advisor with Intellectual Property Agents, IP HILLS NV in Ghent, Belgium.
She undertook a period of work experience in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team at Clifford Chance in Barcelona in 2013.
Esther has experience both in litigation (judicial, and in administrative proceedings before the SPTO and the EUIPO), and in the preparation and drawing up of contracts and legal opinions.
