Dear clients, colleagues and friends:
In light of the rapid spread of the COVID-19 virus and consequent state of alarm called by the Spanish government, GRAU & ANGULO has adopted a series of measures in order to protect the health of those around us while at the same time provide constant service to our clients.
We have given instructions so that both lawyers and administrative staff work remotely from home. Thanks to the implementation of state-of-the-art technology and the excellent work of our IT support team we are able to carry on working as usual.
For our client’s peace of mind we would like to inform them that the legal deadlines have been officially suspended or extended both at a judicial level (with some exceptions, which don’t affect the type of proceedings handled by GRAU & ANGULO) as well as administrative, in matters before the ESPTO and at the EUIPO. In spite of this we do not intend to delay pending matters, unless of course it is advisable or unavoidable in the current situation.
The entire GRAU & ANGULO team is committed to doing everything we can to stop the spread of this virus while continuing to remain fully operational. We encourage everyone who is reading this note to do the same.
