Master in Intellectual and Industrial Property, Competition and New Technologies from the Pons Foundation in 2013.<\/p>\n

Professional Experience<\/h2>\n

In 2013 Ignacio worked in the Industrial Property and New Technologies departments of Telef\u00f3nica S.A., where he dealt with managing the patent portfolio.<\/p>\n

In 2014 he joined Grau & Angulo.<\/p>\n

Ignacio is a partner of the firm and co-leads the team for advice and litigation on pharmaceutical patents where he plays a key role acting in many of the most significant pharmaceutical patent cases in Spain. From 2017 to 2020 he handled the first patent litigation on biosimilar drugs in Spain.<\/p>\n

Ignacio also writes regularly in specialized IP publications and teaches in several Master’s Degrees in the field.<\/p>\n
