Professional Experience
In 2013 Ignacio worked in the Industrial Property and New Technologies departments of Telefónica S.A., where he dealt with managing the patent portfolio.
In 2014 he joined Grau & Angulo.
Ignacio is a partner of the firm and co-leads the team for advice and litigation on pharmaceutical patents where he plays a key role acting in many of the most significant pharmaceutical patent cases in Spain. From 2017 to 2020 he handled the first patent litigation on biosimilar drugs in Spain.
Ignacio also writes regularly in specialized IP publications and teaches in several Master’s Degrees in the field.
